BUILDING POLICIES
Player Characters are not permitted to build or construct anything anywhere. The only exception is if:
1.) Player housing, once they have been permitted by the local NPC lord in the area
2.) A shop for the profession of choice of the player if they forgo housing.
3.) If they chose the builder profession and were assigned a RP contract.
CITY BUILDING
City Building is small housing and small shops inside the hold once permitted by the local lord in the area. Over the course of time, after gaining influence, you may be approved to move into larger estates in the hold.
HOMESTEADS/OUTPOSTS
Much like the city building, Homesteads and Outposts are still limited and must be approved by the local lord of the land and must start out small. Over the course of time, with hard work and loyalty, your Homestead will surely grow.
